Somebody call the WHA-A-A-Mbulence! My regulator raised my required leverage ratio from 7% to 10%!

Of course, Carleton, as an attorney for the OCC, you should understand that it's not necessarily the increase from 7% to 10% that is critical, but the ability to set it at whatever higher level the OCC desires, without any ability for judicial review. By the way, does the OCC know that you spend working hours using your OCC computer to troll the Internet, leaving immature comments on blogs? That has to be a violation of internal policy, doesn't it?
