A Good (Gold)Man (Sex) Is Hard To Find

Austin_powers_goldmember_frt We've previously reported on the ongoing battle between Goldman Sachs and Dutchman Rob Muller over Muller's use of domain names featuring variations on the theme of "Goldman Sex." After losing the first round against the Puritans of Wall Street over the name "goldmansex.com," Muller set up a site called "goldmensex.com," this time going after more than one man who might be interested in both gold and sex. Actually, we're a little hurt that Rob contacted The Wall Street Journal but not Bank Lawyer's Blog. I suppose he didn't realize how preoccupied BLB is with "sax."
